A former Spice Girls member turned fashion designer Victoria Beckham was invited to edit Christmas issue of Paris Vogue, the magazine reported last Friday.
The designer and her husband David posed for two limited edition cover shots. The French Vogue version is considered to be the most provocative one and this is exactly how the cover of this year’s December issue looks like.
Victoria took to Twitter to express her excitement, writing ‘So much fun guest editing the @VogueParis Christmas issue x vb’. According to her, it was a great honour to work with Vogue Paris editor Emmanuelle Alt and her team.
The issue is full of family photographs, drawings from her four children and Victoria’s favourite Christmas memories.
Making this step, V.Beckham followed former French first lady Carla Bruni –Sarkozy. The fashion model and singer, former French President Nicolas Sarkozy’s wife was last year’s Paris Vogue guest editor of the Christmas number.
Rebellious Rihanna is famous not only for her music, behaviour and original style, but tattoos as well: drawings on the girl’s body has already achieved a significant collection.
This time, Rihanna inked more of her body. Two weeks ago, pop singer has added a tattoo to her collection while staying at the Dominican Republic where she was sunbathing, went swimming, and sipped beer together with her personal assistant Jennifer Rosales. 25 year old star was wearing only a tiny swimsuit, didn’t forget to share with her fans on Instagram.
Rihanna’s right arm was tatooed by a celebrity tattoo artist Keith McCurdy, also known as the ‘Bang Bang’, and Cally-Jo from New York tattoo salon ‘Bang Bang NYC’, during the 11-hour-long session.
The new body design has been adapted to the Maori tattoos on Rihanna’s right arm that she made during her world tour ‘Diamonds’ in New Zealand.
It was probably the most challenging design Rihanna ever had. The painting was composed of elements that were very unique. Part of them were covered and pitched to create the new details.
Chanel creative director Karl Lagerfeld has always been famous not only for his work but also a variety of views. This time he might be punished for the way he expresses his opinion.
K. Lagerfeld used to be overweight but he lost a lot of weight and said that nobody wants to see ‘fat’ women on the catwalk. This comment infuriated a huge crowd of women who began signing the petition.
It is announced that it has signed by over 500 people. The designer believes that women just want to get Chanel director sued. If Lagerfeld will be found guilty of discrimination, he will be fined which probably will not have any impact on him but the offended people said that such a judgment would be satisfying.
